Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Back of the Yards. The food is authentic, fairly priced, and delicious! The staff is friendly and I will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you La Cecina!!

It's great, I love the food, my parents love the food and the service is incredible. I love the waitresses they're welcoming, humorous, and provide a comforting sense to the restaurant. The atmosphere is really nice:) important note:if you go to the bathroom and spend more than 5 minutes without movement the lights will turn off on you

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and the food is amazing!! The staff always remembers my family and I and take good care of us. I now live in Dallas and always stop by when visiting Chicago.

This place it has been awesome for many years but I was a little disappointed with green chilaquiles I had recently. They weren't bad but they were not good either. They should have been extraordinary! That's how awesome the food has always been. Hopefully it was just a fluke.

Never disappoints. Combinacion Cesina Teleolapan and Cesina Campesina. Delicious 😋 I drive all the way from the Northwest side of Chicago just to eat here.

Absolutely one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the area. There's a great selection of food and drinks. My favorite drink is the agua de tamarindo (tamarind water). Though they have your typical tacos, tortas and quesadillas, I definitely recommend la tampiqueña (see pictures). You can order it with a steak or grilled chicken.
